Paul R. Moore, PE, Director
Mr. Moore is a graduate of Florida Technical University with a B.S. in Engineering, the University of Central Florida with a M.S.
in Engineering (M.S.E.), and is a registered PE in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Engineering Society, National
Society of Professional Engineers, APWA (serving as Chairman in 2001/2002), and the Mid Florida Utility Council (serving as Chairman
in 1993 & 1994). Mr. Moore has been the Director of Utilities since 1983.
Mission Statement
To provide utility customers of the City of Sanford with drinking water, sewer service and reclaimed water in a safe, cost
effective, environmentally acceptable and approved manner.
